Six Pounds of Awesomeness

This cheesecake is ginormous!!! And delicious!! It was a bit more crumbly than I think cheesecake should be, but the flavour is there. I would also chop up the pecans more next time even though I did break them in half, they need to be smaller, especially on the middle layer! I might just use my regular cheesecake recipe and this topping, and not put the middle layer of topping inside the cheesecake!
