Rus Family Meatloaf In Cast Iron
Veggies
2 small organic zucchini sliced thin
2 medium carrots sliced thin
1 red onion sliced
5 large mushrooms
Minced Garlic
1 tablespoon oil to drizzle on top of veggies
Salt and pepper to taste
Meatloaf: cast iron pan
1 package Lean ground beef
Salted top soup crackers ground up
Herbs and spices to taste
Topped with kale and arugula
Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes
