Lemon Meringue Pie

I used to print REALLY tiny!!! I had hundreds of recipe cards printed out like this that I started when I was around 18. Not many of them survived my various moves as an adult and I tossed out my entire filing draw of hand printed recipe cards. However, I did hang on to this one because it is so delicious!! It’s a hit at our house after 39 years of having the recipe, I finally made it last night! I hope it becomes your family favourite too! I used the tried, tested and trust, ever faithful All Butter Pie Crust!
