Get In My Tummy Cheesecake
I looked all over for my usual never fail cheesecake recipe I got from a friend at Sask Oil with no luck! I found this one in a recipe book I had! I had my doubts. It says to bake for an hour. I guess my oven isn’t up to temperature. I had to leave it an extra 25 minutes!! I took it out when it started to crake, so that was likely too long. I thought it would be dry, but it was fantastic and Sarah and Brayden and I agree it’s the new family cheesecake recipe. (From the Philadelphia Cheese Cake Cook Book)
I added finely chopped pecans and walnuts (Food processor) and a bit of extra butter than called for here. Very good.
