Deep Fried Chicken
Yes, you read that right! We now have a deep fryer! We’ve spent all our years trying to eat healthy… and well, we’ll still eat healthy, but who doesn’t want to try to make donuts?? Fried Apple Pie?? I DO! Let’s live it up a bit and do some deep frying. Starting with chicken. This is a nice light crust. For the sauce I used a dry package of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, mixed with 1/2 REAL mayo and 1/2 cup buttermilk. REALLY good!! Add some hot sauce… or what ever you like. Enjoy! (Oh… don’t forget a salad.. or something green…)
