BBQ Cheddar Meatloaf
YUM YUM YUM!! So fast and easy to put together.
One package of hamburger, half a box of stove top stuffing. Salt, pepper, dill weed, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika (all to taste.. ) 1/2 chopped sweet onion, Worcestershire sauce, 1 egg and favourite bbq sauce. I used Heinz Carolina Vinegar Style Tangy Relevee. Mix well, but handle as little as possible as you shape it into the shape you want.
Cook approximately 1 hour or until cooked through in cast iron skillet. (I used a 10″ Lodge grill skillet here.)
Cover with shredded cheddar cheese and bbq sauce, broil on high until cheese is melted.
Tiny Baked Potatoes:
Use a cast iron frying pan, fill one layer of small potatoes, drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder and dill weed. Bake same amount of time as meatloaf. Smash, then add butter and sour cream!
