Amazing Sticky Finger Sauce
I promise you.. once you eat this… you will always think about it! I can’t wait to make it again.
I pounded a chicken breast so it was pretty much the same height. Then slice it in strips against the grain. Very important.
Dip the strips in flour, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs.
I used a preheated no. 12 Lodge cast iron frying pan. Turn to 4 then add vegetable oil, once it’s hot, add the chicken and fry until golden brown. Meanwhile, make the sticky sauce. I just made enough for one breast, so just to estimate, I used one heaping tablespoon of butter, 3 heaping tablespoons of dark brown sugar, about 1/4 Franks Hot Sauce and some shakes of garlic powder. Cook over low heat.
Once it’s combined I took one chicken finger at a time, and coated it in the sauce. There was just enough! FANTASTIC.
